Location: Newport – Hybrid working available once fully trained
Pay: £13.58 per hour
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Assignment length: Temporary assignment, 10 week assignment
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy and fast paced team based in Newport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and is confident managing multiple tasks at once.
This is not a straightforward administration role, as the successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of duties including administration support, document preparation, data analysis, supplier communication, and handling incoming calls and emails.

- Preparing and managing documents and spreadsheets.
- High volumes of Excel work and data entry.
- Analysing and handling data accurately.
- Speaking with suppliers and business users over the phone.
- Handling incoming calls and email confirmations.
- Supporting with a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Have strong data entry and data analysis skills
- Be confident speaking with suppliers and business users
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be organised and able to manage a varied workload
- Have a positive and proactive mindset
- Enjoy working in a challenging and fast moving environment
