As an Administrator at Spire Healthcare Ltd, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our team. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Data Entry: Accurately inputting and updating patient information into our computer system.
2. Scheduling: Coordinating appointments and managing the diary for healthcare professionals.
3. Reception Duties: Greeting patients, answering phone calls, and directing enquiries to the relevant department.
4. Filing and Organising: Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to patient records.
5. General Administrative Tasks: Assisting with photocopying, scanning, and other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
