Full Job Description

  • Raising purchase orders and GR'ing when required
  • Reacting to finance queries and liaising with the relevant departments to resolve issues
  • Processing and maintaining holiday and sickness records
  • Keying payroll information accurately
  • Recording hours spent across various projects
  • General administration support to the wider team
  • Managing and updating records using internal systems

    Previous administration experience
  • Experience processing purchase orders is essential
  • SAP experience would be advantageous
  • Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workloads effectively
