We're looking for an Administrator who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to administrative schedules. Contract: Permanent Type: Full Time Hours: 40 Pay/Salary: from £23,000 to £27,500 per annum Location: DVSA, Cygnet Way, Off Willowtree Lane, Yeading, Greater London, England, UB4 9BS Role Responsibilities: We are looking for a Building Assistant to support DVSA operations across the following locations as Yeading, Slough, The new Hillingdon. The individual shall be predominantly based at Yeading. The role may also require occasional visits to Tunbridge Wells. You will be able to :
- Provide administrative support across a variety of tasks and systems.
- Act as a central contact for the team, managing calls and communications.
- Raise purchase orders and manage tasks within the CAFM system.
- Support monthly reporting and maintain shared drive documentation.
- Coordinate waste service bookings, fleet car servicing, and PPE/uniform/stationery orders. What we're looking for:
- Experience in administration or customer service.
- Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. What we offer you:
