Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm office based)

Salary: £27,500.00 p/a


We have an amazing opportunity to join our team at Gateshead as an Administrator.

Active Neuro Gateshead is an award-winning community neurorehabilitation team providing life changing rehabilitation for our clients. We are proud to offer bespoke therapy programmes, built per client in a truly integrated way, working innovatively and holistically with an interesting mix of adults and children with brain or spinal cord injury. Our Administrators help ensure the smooth running of the service by supporting the business and therapy teams and providing an effective administrative while maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and always taking a professional but friendly approach to duties.

What you'll be working:


Location: Gateshead NE11 0HF

Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm office based)

Salary: £27,500.00 p/a


A bit about you


You will be an experienced administrator with at least 3 years' experience, having worked in a small to medium sized business before. You will have a friendly, positive can-do attitude and be able to effectively communicate with a variety of people in person, over the phone and by email. You will be reliable and able to undertake both routine and ad hoc tasks to ensure the effective and efficient running of all office functions.


What you'll have:



  • a positive and professional manner

  • highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise your own workload whilst taking a flexible approach to your working day

  • the ability to work independently and as part of a team, using your own initiative and supporting other members of the team as needed

  • a keen eye for detail, with excellent written and administrative skills

  • advance IT skills including proficiency in full Microsoft office suite and willingness to learn

  • use of multiple inhouse infrastructure systems and platforms

  • be willing to develop your skills and knowledge to grow, learning from others within the immediate and extended team

  • Prepared to be flexible with regards to working outside of normal working hours to fit into the service needs

  • Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
