We are seeking an organised, motivated, and compassionate Administrative Support worker to join our specialist Continence Service. This essential role helps ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service, supporting clinicians and patients by providing high-quality administrative support. You will play a key role in delivering a positive experience for those accessing bladder and bowel services. You will manage the smooth running of the ordering of products, referrals, maintain accurate records, and provide general administrative support to the clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and a passion for supporting person-centred healthcare. You will work in a supportive environment where your organisational skills and initiative will help enhance the quality and efficiency of continence care delivery.,
- Manage incoming product assessments and order forms ensuring accurate data entry
- Book and coordinate patient appointments, clinics, and follow-up visits
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, carers, and professionals
- Provide clear, sensitive communication about continence service processes
- Maintain and update patient records, databases, and correspondence
- Support clinicians with administrative tasks, document preparation, and clinic organisation
- Handle telephone enquiries, emails, and service inboxes professionally
- Order stock, manage deliveries, and maintain equipment registers
- Support the team with audit data, reports, and service improvement projects
- Uphold confidentiality, data protection, and professional standards at all times
