We're looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team. Working closely with the Headteacher and wider school team, you'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the school, helping to ensure our systems, communication and operational processes are effective, compliant and child-centred. What you'll be doing As our Administrative Officer, you'll be at the centre of school life, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From managing attendance and safeguarding
administration to coordinating communications, compliance and key school systems, you'll play an important role in creating an environment where staff and pupils can thrive., We're looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team. Working closely with the Headteacher and wider school team, you'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the school, ensuring our systems, communication and operational processes are effective, compliant and child-centred. You'll manage attendance, safeguarding administration, and coordinate communications, compliance and school systems. You'll also handle purchasing, maintenance requirements, and manage communications with parents and carers. The role requires strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, digital management systems, and an understanding of safeguarding in an educational setting is essential. A flexible, positive and solution-focused approach is required, along with a genuine commitment to supporting young people.
