Full Job Description
The Compassionate Sheffield Programme is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrative and Data Officer to support the effective delivery of a city-wide initiative focused on improving experiences of death, dying and grief. This role combines administration and data coordination, with responsibility for maintaining accurate records, supporting data collection and reporting, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the programme. The postholder will play a key role in demonstrating programme impact and supporting continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful, system-wide change while working as part of a collaborative and values-driven team., Provide comprehensive administrative support to the programme, including organising meetings, coordinating diaries, taking minutes and managing shared inboxes Collect, record and maintain qualitative and quantitative data, ensuring accuracy and secure storage Produce regular reports, dashboards and summaries to support performance monitoring and evaluation Maintain and organise programme documentation, including policies, risk logs, stakeholder information and reporting tools Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support progress monitoring across projects Support the development of evaluation outputs such as reports, case studies and impact summaries Ensure all data handling complies with data protection legislation and organisational policies Coordinate team activities, track actions and support delivery against deadlines Respond to enquiries in a professional, timely and helpful manner
