Ways in which you have demonstrated that you can work effectively as a line manager., We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Co-ordinator to line manage a large team of staff working from various establishments, ensuring an effective, efficient and co-ordinated administrative and clerical support service for Headteachers and the management team.
The post holder will also work with Administrative Co-ordinator colleagues to continually review, improve, develop and consistently implement changes and improvements to operational systems and processes in line with changing objectives and resources.
As an Administrative Co-ordinator, you will work under the direction and supervision of a Primary Business Manager., Role Profile - When preparing your supporting statement, review the role profile and think about how you meet the essential criteria.

You will have extensive experience of working in an Educational setting, along with an ability to respond positively in an environment of change.
