Administrative Assistant (Professional Education Team)

The post holder will provide comprehensive, efficient and effective administrative and secretarial service to the Professional Education TeamTo develop good working relationships with all levels of staff (Trust wide and externally) in order to promote the work and services of the Professional Education Team.The post holder will demonstrate an attitude which respects and values service users' and their carers.The post holder will embrace the core values of the organisation and adopt thePrinciples of Recovery. Will involve administrative support to Preceptorship Team assisting in the management of the email inbox, master list database of preceptee activity, and support in collation of data for reporting purposes. Will be required to oversee the scheduling of Preceptorship events and subsequent booking of venues.

Will be required to support the wider Professional Education Team with administrative duties covering; Allied Health Professionals, Clinical Psychology and Nursing students, inclusive of direct communication with external Stakeholders and the management of student information and supporting reporting processes.
