Full Job Description

Ardingly College currently has a vacancy for an Administrative Assistant to join our busy School Office team.

The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent administrative support to Prep and Senior School offices, working across the College site. The role consists of providing essential administrative support, monitoring registration and dealing with other administrative duties whilst also providing a front-of-house presence for School visitors.

The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE level with previous administrative experience of working in a busy school office environment. You should have excellent customer service skills and be IT literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Attention to detail, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure are also key skills for this role. Ideally, you will have experience of using iSAMS and/or other student information management systems; however, training will be provided.
