This post will primarily be based within the clinic co-ordination team dealing with various aspects of clinic management and a good knowledge of Medway would be desirable. The person will need to be highly motivated, have good communication skills, be a team player and be used to working in a fast paced environment., To ensure a professional service and maintain confidentiality at all time., Essential
- Educated to GCSE grade C or above standard (or equivalent) including English and Maths
- Excellent keyboard skills Experience Essential
- Experience of dealing with telephone enquiries
- Experience of dealing with the general public
- Experience in working flexibly as part of a team Desirable
- Previous healthcare experience
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work under pressure Skills Essential
- Numerate/Literate
- Understanding of confidentiality
- Computer literacy
