As Administrative Assistant you will
Working in our main school office you will come into daily contact with our parents and staff so, as well as having administrative experience, you will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills and have a friendly, outgoing manner., You will play an active role in delivering efficient, effective administrative support, and you will come into contact with our parents and staff so you will possess excellent communication skills and have a friendly, outgoing manner.,
- Have experience of working in a busy office.
- Have excellent personal, administrative, and organisational skills.
- Be able to plan and prioritise own workload, meeting set deadlines.
- Have the ability to maintain a calm, positive and professional manner at all times.
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
- Generate excellent relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
