Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic individual to join our team as a Clinical Support Co-ordinator, working closely with our Senior Management Team. In this key role, you will actively support the procurement and administrative functions within the Integrated Sexual Health Service, directly supporting the senior team by ensuring delegated tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will maintain confidentiality at all times while working across multiple sites to keep services running smoothly., Communication and Coordination

  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external contacts--including managers, staff, patients, visitors and partner organisations--on matters relating to the service.
  • Handle information that may vary in complexity or sensitivity with professionalism and discretion.
  • Administrative Leadership
  • Plan, organise and oversee the administrative function, adapting flexibly to changing service needs.
  • Develop, implement and maintain clear, service-wide written procedures and working practices.
  • Ensure all departmental information systems--paper-based and digital--are accurately maintained and fit for purpose. This may include inputting data and producing standard or ad-hoc reports.
  • Information Governance
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of sensitive personal and service information at all times.
  • Managerial and PA Support
  • Provide PA-style support to the senior management team within Sexual Health
  • Support internal audit processes across the service.
  • Assist with risk assessments and COSHH assessments when needed.
  • Safeguarding and IPC
  • Hold, or be willing to acquire, the appropriate level of safeguarding and child protection knowledge required by the Trust.
  • Adhere to all relevant Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) policies in the course of your duties.
