As an Administration Support Apprentice, you will provide essential support to our Administration and Onboarding Team, helping to ensure processes run efficiently and learner records remain accurate and compliant., Provide administrative support to the Administration and Onboarding teams. - Maintain and update learner records within internal systems. - Support document management and data entry activities. - Assist with archiving and record maintenance processes. - Communicate professionally with learners and external organisations. - Support compliance-related administration activities. - Help maintain accurate information across digital platforms. - Assist with departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives. - Support the learner onboarding process and contribute to a positive learner experience.

If you are organised, motivated, and eager to learn while earning a wage and gaining a qualification, this apprenticeship could be the perfect first step into a rewarding career., GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths. - Eligible to undertake a Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship. Desired Experience (Not Essential) - Previous experience in an office, customer service, school, college, voluntary or work placement environment would be advantageous but not essential. Personal Qualities - Enthusiastic and motivated to learn. - Reliable and professional in approach. - Positive attitude towards work and learning. - Confident communicator. - Willingness to develop new skills and knowledge. - Committed to delivering high-quality work Skills Required - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Basic IT skills and confidence using - Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook, or a willingness to learn. - Strong organisational skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. - Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling information and records. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Training to be Provided Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day. You will be working towards the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
  • Business Administrator L3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Functional skills in Maths and English if required
