Role: Administration & Scheduling Assistant - Domiciliary Audiology Based: CV6 5SFWorking hours: Full Time, Monday to Saturday 5 days a week. 1 Saturday in 4 is required and the hours are 9am to 12 noon (Standard hours are 9am to 5.30pm)Salary is £12.91 per hourBenefits: Birthday day off, plus 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidaysAccess to Specsavers Perks SchemeBe part of a business with the Great Place to Work accreditationAccess to online trainingWe Care 24/7 health and well being
For our clinical teams to run like clockwork and keep our patients at the heart of everything we do, we need sound support behind the scenes - and that's where you come in.
So, what does it take to be a successful Administration and Scheduling Assistant in the Optics and Audiology side of the business.
You'll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of audiology administration, answering & transferring calls, updating & filing records, processing invoices and sending out correspondence.
The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the businesses success.
We're looking for someone to join our friendly team, who is able to prioritise tasks and efficiently manage a changing workload, maintaining accuracy & attention to detail.
An organised, pro-active approach is key - a skilled Administrator who's flexible and understands the changing needs of the business with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
