Full Job Description
This is a part-time secondment opportunity (22.5 hours per week) for an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator / Project Support Officer. You will work closely with our Operational Lead and Speciality Clinical Director, providing high-quality administrative and project support to help drive service development and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding support within a busy and dynamic service., Within this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Operational Manager and Speciality Clinical Director, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include managing diaries, coordinating meetings and events, preparing agendas and minutes, handling correspondence, maintaining records and compliance matrices, and supporting office systems and processes. You will also act as a first point of contact for enquiries, manage incoming communication, uphold confidentiality, and contribute to maintaining effective and efficient administrative services across the team. Alongside the core administrative duties, you will play a vital role in supporting projects, feedback processes, and Freedom of Information responses. This will include maintaining project plans and documentation, gathering data and compiling reports, liaising with internal teams, and external agencies. You will coordinate feedback mechanisms, assist with
FOI requests, contribute to business continuity planning, and proactively support service improvement activities as part of a dynamic, collaborative team.
Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) provides health and care services for a population of over one million people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care, as well as the provision of three GP surgeries in Cheshire.
