Administration Officer IMHP Service

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) has an exciting opportunity to join West Essex Administration Services supporting Intergrated Mental Health Practioners This full-time, role plays a vital part in supporting the delivery of safe, responsive, and high-quality care for patients across the community. The postholder will work as part of a dynamic, fast-paced service that ensures individuals receive the right care, at the right time, in the right place., The postholder will be responsible for:

• Acting as a central point of contact for referrals into the IMHP service
• Receiving, processing, and triaging referrals in line with service pathways and priorities
• Coordinating care and communicating effectively with clinicians, patients, carers, and partner agencies
• Maintaining accurate and timely records using Trust clinical systems
• Supporting multidisciplinary team working to ensure seamless patient journeys
• Escalating concerns appropriately and contributing to service flow and patient safety
• Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced and pressured environment
• Supporting service audits, data collection, and performance monitoring where required
