Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Administration manger to provide a secretarial and PA support role to the Black Country Pathology Services.
This role provides a comprehensive Administration Service to the Black Country Pathology Services (BCPS) Group Operations Manager, Deputy Operations Manager and Chief Medical Officer together with ad hoc support to other BCPS senior managers at Departmental, Laboratory, Directorate, cross-Directorate, Divisional and Trust levels.The successful candidate should havea thorough understanding of the functionality of the BCPS in order to manage administrative support effectively and maintain the quality of service provided to Departmental staff and service users, with particularly reference to meeting required standards and Data Protection issues.
The job is full time 37.5 hrs. per week over 5 days Monday to Friday., To be responsible for taking and transcribing minutes at BCPS Meetings at Department/Directorate/Divisional Level . To be involved as required in the circulation of agendas, minutes and other relevant correspondence for Departmental, Directorate and Division meetings including arranging meetings, taking minutes and Communicating complex and sensitive information to service users and executive teams.
