We are recruiting for a:
Job Title: Administration and Facilities Officer
Location: The post will be based at Pontllanfraith, with possible travel across the region.
Hours: 37 hours per week - flexible to meet the needs of the business, core hours are 9:00 - 5:00 Monday to Friday
We're looking for a skilled and experienced administrator to join our team.
Ensuring the effective operation of the Ty Mynyddislwyn Environment Centre, and the Administration function of Groundwork Wales, ensuring a high level of housekeeping, hygiene and preparation for all users. Reception duties, organisational administration, HR administration, and office security as appropriate.
Essential skills include an excellent telephone manner, customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to communicate with others, both within and outside Groundwork and work as a committed and supportive team member. Excellent IT literacy including all Microsoft applications will be a requirement.
We offer an attractive working environment, based in the heart of the Valleys Regional Park as well as flexible working and family friendly policies.
