Full Job Description

The Senior Administration Coordinator will lead our team of Administration Coordinators that support the Live Well Kent and Medway service. An Administration Coordinator is the first point of contact for our clients, partners and wider stakeholders and are crucial to ensuring there is 'no wrong door' for people accessing the Live Well Kent & Medway Service.

This role will provide the day-to-day line management of our Administration Coordinators whilst also assuring the team are achieving their goals. The administration team are focused on ensuring that referrals into the service are managed in accordance to Key Performance Indicators and our clients receive the highest level of customer service, advice and guidance. In addition to the managing referrals, the Administration Coordinators provide a range of admin support to Link Workers, Employment Advisers and Managers across the service.
