Full Job Description

As an Administration Assistant Intern, you'll play an important part in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school. You'll work closely with our administration team, helping with reception duties, record-keeping, enquiries, event support and general office tasks. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive environment where no two days are the same. What You'll Be Doing

  • + Supporting daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and preparing documents
  • + Managing incoming enquiries by phone, email and in person
  • + Helping maintain accurate school records and digital systems
  • + Assisting with distributing information to staff, students and families
  • + Providing a welcoming reception service for visitors and supporting sign-in procedures
  • + Helping to keep the reception and office areas tidy and professional
  • + Assisting with school events including open evenings, parent meetings and celebrations
  • + Supporting administrative tasks linked to safeguarding, compliance and health and safety
