Administration Assistant

We are looking for a highly organised, confident and proactive Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day running of Mango Studios LDN. Administration is at the heart of this role. You will manage enquiries, bookings, client communication, invoicing and general administration, helping to keep the business organised and running efficiently. We are looking for someone with a very organised mind who can multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure. You must have strong self-belief, confidence and tenacity, with the mindset that challenges can be overcome. You will need to be proactive, use your initiative and be ready to get stuck in. As we are a growing company, we want someone who is excited about developing their skills, taking on responsibility and growing with the business. Key Responsibilities

• Manage client enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, website and social media.
• Manage bookings, calendars, appointments and client records.
• Prepare and send invoices, quotes and client documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, bookings and client information.
• Maintain accurate and highly organised administrative systems and records.
• Welcome clients and visitors and support the smooth day-to-day running of the studio.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
• Work closely with our Storyteller & Editorial Manager to create social media content around
