The Administration Assistant will support with a wide range of administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records, responding to enquiries, preparing documents, updating databases and systems, managing correspondence, assisting with meetings and providing general office support., Many of the children and young people who attend our specialist therapeutic schools have experienced significant adversity, trauma or complex life experiences. We are looking for a highly organised, reliable and friendly Administration Assistant to join our team and provide effective administrative and Financial support across the school. This is a varied role that will involve working closely with colleagues, families, professionals and external organisations to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school's administrative functions. The successful candidate will be confident working with people, able to manage competing priorities and have excellent attention to detail., We are looking for someone who is approachable, proactive and willing to take responsibility for getting things done. You will need to be able to work independently while also being a supportive and collaborative member of the wider school team.
