Administration Assistant

Davies Group are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to work within our Vehicle Replacement Group team in Solihull, Birmingham. While industry experience is a benefit, it is not essential as we will provide you with full training and support when you start with us. What will your day look like:

• Reviewing and dealing with damage notifications to closure from providers
• Reviewing and dealing with parking violations
• Invoicing and billing clients, including debt recovery
• Dealing with enquiries from clients via telephone and email
• Accurate data entry of client information and maintaining records
• Review all available information to make an informed decision on liability and indemnity
• Identify any possible fraud concerns
• Reporting of motor accidents to relevant insurer
• General administrative duties including processing traffic violations and fuel charge notifications
  
  Ability to plan workload, prioritise and work to deadlines
• Excellent customer service
• Good literacy and IT skills
• Motor Claims Management experience is desirable
• Experience of Sage or other accounting systems would be beneficial
• Positive attitude and self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision Good administrative skills
