We're looking for an Administration Assistant to join our friendly Sexual Health Service team based in Chester. About the role As an Administration Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service, helping patients navigate their journey from referral through to consultation and discharge. You'll work closely with clinical and management teams to ensure administrative processes are delivered efficiently and professionally. Your responsibilities will include: Managing patient appointments and maintaining electronic patient records Providing a professional and welcoming reception service Handling telephone and email enquiries with excellent customer care Updating patient information accurately and confidentially Supporting referral processes and clinic administration Producing correspondence and administrative documentation Assisting with service audits, reporting, and data collection Supporting communication, marketing, and patient feedback initiatives Ordering supplies and supporting general office administration About you We're looking for someone who is: Organised, efficient and able to prioritise a busy workload Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills Customer-focused and professional when dealing with patients and colleagues Able to work independently while also being a supportive team member Adaptable, proactive and solutions-focused Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion Able to travel to community locations across Cheshire West & Chester when required, Are you an organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
