As an Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the academy. You'll provide high-quality administrative support, act as a welcoming first point of contact, and help ensure that day-to-day operations run efficiently. You'll work closely with colleagues across the academy, contributing to a professional and supportive environment where everything runs effectively behind the scenes.,
- Provide administrative support to the academy, ensuring systems and processes run smoothly
- Act as a first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and enquiries
- Maintain accurate records and manage data in line with academy processes
- Support attendance, communications, and general office coordination
- Assist with the organisation of meetings and academy events
