Full Job Description

We're looking for an Administration Assistant our Facilities Team in Manchester on a part-time basis. We're open to discussing the working pattern for the role but you must be able to work a total of 22.5 hours per week during normal office hours and over 4 or 5 working days. The role will be varied and fully office based. You'll play a key role in delivering high quality, efficient administrative support to our office. What will I be doing

  • Providing general administrative support including photocopying and scanning documents, binding, post handling, and court deliveries.
  • Assisting departments and fee earners as required.
  • Supporting our Client Experience team in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors to the firm.
  • Maintaining office meeting rooms to a high standard, including the replenishment of stationery and refreshments.
  • Ensuring client and visitor confidentiality at all times.

    Great customer service skills / client care focus.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills. You'll be proactive and able to work using your own initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and other IT packages.
  • Previous experience working within a similar role.
  • Previous experience working within a Professional Services or Legal environment would be advantageous but not essential.
