Full Job Description

The Administration Assistant will provide full office support to the Business Support Manager and Admin team involving purchasing activities and duties discussed on a day-to-day basis. The main functions of the role will be assisting with purchasing, answering the phone, meeting and greeting clients and updating site trackers. Key activities:

  • Purchasing support
  • Answering the phone
  • Booking lunches/couriers
  • Tracking employee's holiday and sickness
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • General administrative support for the admin team and management support

    As the Administration Assistant, you will be a highly energised mind-set with willingness and desire to learn and adapt individually. You will be a highly organised with strong attention to detail., Good IT literacy skills - Fully Microsoft Office proficient
  • Previous experience in a purchasing role is desirable.
  • Proven customer service skills in a professional environment, both face-to-face and on the phone
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service.
  • Motivated, self-starter
  • Encourage teamwork (promote operational synergies and alignment) to support each other, our customers and grow together.
  • Confident communicator (written/ oral) and able to build rapport, quickly and effectively.
  • Experience of working with sensitive/ confidential information
