This role is an important one as you'll be using your knowledge, experience and expertise to support to our hard-working frontline NHS teams.   • Level 4 qualification (e.g. certificate of higher education, higher national certificate, NVQ level 4) or equivalent demonstrable experience, Practical application of HR practices, policies and procedures
  • Experience of handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Leading teams in busy and pressurised environments, NHS administrative experience
  • Experience of working with members of the public
  • Basic experience of a financial system i.e. Agresso, Advanced knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office packages e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Design and development of standard and bespoke data reports
  • In depth knowledge of the service, site and users, Understanding of health and social care sector, including working knowledge of NHS structures, policies and processes, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively with a wide range of people from different backgrounds at all levels of seniority
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills, Ability to record accurate minutes of meetings and present to a high standard
  • Ability to concentrate and focus on diverse tasks whilst dealing with frequent interruptions
