Full Job Description
The post holder will provide the Clerical and Admin support to the Clinical Chemistry professional team and perform a comprehensive range of clerical& administrative dutiesthat supports theFoetal Anomaly Service (FAS)in the provision of ahigh-qualityservice.You will work closely with the Director and Clinical Lead of the service supporting the needs of the service. The position will be based at Clinical Chemistry Department at Birmingham Women's Hospital.You will work closely with the Director and Clinical Lead of the service supporting the needs of the serviceMain duties of the job
- Data entry forall FASsamples
- Preparation of samples for analysis
- Chasing results fromspecialist laboratories.
- Email enquires
- Support FASmanagement with financial enquiries
- Management of spreadsheets
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Organisation of Meetings
- Sending Letters
- Support to the FAS Authorising
