Full Job Description
Introduction
We are looking for an organised and well spoken individual to join our small admin team and help with tasks such as travel and accommodation arrangements for staff, purchasing and maintaining equipment, updating spreadsheets and assisting with minor financial tasks at month end.

What You'll Do
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administrative and clerical support to the team, including booking accommodation and hire cars, posting equipment. Tracking our pledge to net zero outputs throughout the year (electricity usage, mileage etc) and create a report
- Assist with financial tasks such as inputting expenses sheets and drafting customer invoices
- Assist with compliance for ISO (monitoring of completeness of health and safety documents, approved supplier registers and much more)
- Timesheet management for specific projects
- Project Administration
Training Outcome
- The role is currently for the length of the apprenticeship, but the directors are open to review this and make the position permanent depending on how the apprenticeship goes
