Admin Assistant

A high-impact, fast-paced support role for several executives. You'll run complex calendars, drive seamless operations, manage financial processes, and keep the business moving with sharp analysis and flawless coordination. You will be required to travel to the Milton Keynes Office once per week What You'll Own Executive & Team Support Master complex calendars, organize travel & expense reporting, communications, presentations, research, and cross-functional coordination. Act as the executive's proxy when needed. Financial & Business Support Handle expenses, invoices, cost tracking, and light financial analysis. Spot efficiencies and recommend improvements. HR & People Support Track absences, support onboarding, coordinate training, and mentor junior admin staff.
