We're looking for a detail-focused and proactive Subscriber Administration Support to join our team. You'll play a key role in supporting operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time, and helping deliver a smooth customer experience. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working at pace, staying organised, and supporting a busy team environment.,

• Support the Operations team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Manage time-sensitive actions and meet key deadlines
• Maintain accurate records and keep systems up to date
• Provide ad hoc support across the wider team as needed
  
  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, can-do attitude
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
