Full Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and compassionate Bank Community Nursing Administratorto oversee the day-to-day delivery of nursing admin across Hounslow Borough and Specialist Services. You will play a critical role in supporting clinicians, service users, and their families/carers, ensuring seamless service delivery. Main duties of the job In this role, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks for community nursing teams
  • Liaise directly with clinicians to ensure efficient scheduling, communication, and documentation
  • Act as a key point of contact for service users and their families, providing support and answering queries
