Work alongside managerial and clinical leads to help ensure that high standards of governance, quality and patient safety are maintained across the service
Support the ADHD Team Manager and clinicians to ensure that systems, documentation and processes are well organised, accurate and up to date
Work effectively in a hybrid environment, requiring strong self-organisation and the ability to manage your workload across different locations
Undertake organisational tasks, communicate effectively, and prioritise competing demands in a sensitive and compassionate way
You will uphold PCS values and contribute to an inclusive, supportive and respectful workplace where everyone is valued, treated fairly and has the opportunity to thrive
You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and support the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred services
