Full Job Description
We are looking to hire a committed ADHD Administrator to become part of our team. The chosen candidate will work closely with both clinical and administrative personnel, participating in daily interactions with patients, their families, and visitors.
The individual in this role will assist in the efficient management of the ADHD backlog work, which includes handling referrals, organizing clinics, keeping accurate patient records, and helping to meet waiting time and activity targets across different boroughs.
They will closely collaborate with the Lead MDT Coordinator and Administration Manager to deliver an effective and responsive administrative service to the ADHD team, ensuring that service delivery requirements are fulfilled.
The post holder will be accountable for taking initiative and contributing to the enhancement of administrative systems for the ADHD Service, providing daily administrative and secretarial support to Consultants and doctors within the ADHD team.
To provide an effective administrative service to the Consultants and clinical staff within the ADHD Service. This will include providing administrative and pathway support for the London Adult ADHD Backlog Project, working closely with Tower Hamlets and City and Hackney ADHD services and the central Going Further Going Together team.
To work closely with the Lead Administrators to provide an efficient and responsive administrative provision to the teams ensuring service delivery is met.
To be responsible for taking ownership and contributing to the development of administration systems for the Service; by providing day to day administrative support.
The post requires the ability to work on own initiative and to liaise effectively with a broad range of professionals and to maintain client confidentiality.
To work alongside and to cover all Administrative areas, when required and requested and to cover other administration staff across several locations as and when the need arises.
To cover reception and other community teams as a core part of your responsibility .
