  • Lead and manage actuarial reporting activities, including Solvency II balance sheet, P&L results, monthly reporting and regulatory submissions. Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing clear, concise financial insights and technical guidance. Communicate complex actuarial concepts in a clear and engaging way to both technical and non-technical audiences. Coach and mentor actuarial trainees, supporting their development and contributing to a high-performing team culture. Champion innovation in actuarial systems and reporting methodologies, helping us evolve and improve how we work. Own change activity supporting the wider transformation of the Finance Function. What will you bring? A qualified actuary with strong experience. We are open to candidates from all

    backgrounds, including Life, GI and Pensions, as well as those who have recently qualified. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into business narratives. Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional working. A keen interest in finance transformation and process improvement. High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and expert-level Excel proficiency. Experience with actuarial systems, such as RAFM or Unify, would be a plus. Location Hybrid working. You'll spend 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home.
