You will have the opportunity to work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team which includes nursing, occupational therapy, other engagement staff, psychology and medics. The service offers peer support, professional development, appraisals and regular supervision, both clinical and managerial. You will be expected to be flexible within your working approach and delivery, in response to service user needs. The environment can be fast paced and challenging, however, highly rewarding. This post will include weekend and evening work.
