Activity Co-ordinator - Smalley Hall - Ashmere

The ideal candidate must hold a full driving license to drive the mini bus, and be flexible over weekends and bank holiday work. As an activities co-ordinator you will be responsible for the activities offering in the home. You will be formulating an activity plan for each individual resident by spending time getting to know their past, likes and dislikes and families. You will arranging suitable trips out for our residents as well as arranging for entertainment to come into the homes. You will also build up links in the community and build relationships to benefit the residents. Working for Ashmere, you start your journey with us by attending our monthly new starter company induction with all new joiners from all of our homes. We are offer a £100 welcome aboard bonus and ANOTHER £100 after 6 months of employment! We will kit you out with uniform, pay for your DBS check, regular training and pay an enhanced rate for working weekends.
