Full Job Description
- Plan, organise, and deliver social and recreational activities that enhance daily living
- Support customers to explore new hobbies, interests, and outings
- Act as escort/driver for outings when required
- Work with volunteers and other team members to ensure inclusive, person-centred experiences
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
- Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing for each customer
Experience in activities or social care roles, supporting people with disabilities - Level 2 Activities qualification (or working towards) advantageous
- Full, clean driving licence if driving is required
- Flexible, creative, and compassionate approach
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team

- Employee Assistance Programme - support when you need it most, Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
