We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic and caring Activities & Wellbeing Co-ordinator (Customer Experience Lead) to join our team at The Oaks- an Outstanding-rated CQC care home where we're passionate about creating exceptional experiences for the people who live with us. Responsibilities and Duties
- Planning meaningful activities, entertainment, celebrations and events.
- Creating experiences around residents' interests, hobbies and life stories.
- Organising outings, gardening and community activities.
- Building relationships with local schools, community groups and organisations.

- Community-Oriented: You value connections with the wider community and can engage others in meaningful ways.
- Dedication & Commitment: You're someone who's in it for the long haul, ready to become an integral part of our extended family.
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and internal applications; with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently.
