ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Activities Driver will be providing safe, timely and courteous transportation for residents to and fro, Join Avery Healthcare as an Activities Driver at Guildford House Care Home in Surrey, where you'll provide transportation for residents, ensuring safety and quality service. Responsibilities include providing transportation services, assisting residents during transit, focusing on driving while delegating tasks to onboard support staff, and offering pickup and delivery services. Candidates should embody values like caring, support, honesty, respect, and accountability. A PCV license with Cat D1, a clean driving record, periodic CPC training, safety knowledge, and calmness in emergencies are essential. A DBS Check and proof of UK work eligibility are required.
