Activities Coordinator

As an Activities Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the wellbeing, confidence and quality of life of adults living with complex neurological conditions and injuries. You will plan and deliver meaningful individual and group activities that reflect each person's interests, strengths, goals and abilities. This may include creative, social, recreational and community-based activities, as well as opportunities that support rehabilitation, independence and everyday living skills. You will work closely with residents, their families and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure activities complement each person's care and rehabilitation goals. You will encourage participation, celebrate achievements and adapt activities to suit individual needs and abilities. You will also develop links with local groups, venues and community opportunities, helping people explore new experiences and maintain interests that are important to them. You will take the time to get to know each person and support them to continue doing the things they enjoy.

  £30,682.28 per annum
• 40 hours per week
• Paid DBS, pension and uniform provided
• 28 days annual leave (pro rata for part time), inclusive of Bank Holidays
