Activities Coordinator Shift Patterns: 3 days per week, alternate weekends About the role: We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and sociable Activities Coordinator to join our team. Your primary responsibility as a Activities Coordinator will involve creating and executing engaging activities tailored to each of our residents. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and training our staff on how to interact and engage with residents, ensuring that every day is filled with special moments. Your role will involve ensuring that residents' dignity and self-esteem are upheld through meaningful interactions, positive relationships, and the freedom to express their individuality. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, and experience in a care home setting is a plus. Previous experience in organising activities or leading groups is also beneficial.
