Full Job Description
The role of an Activities Coordinator at Chalgrove Care and Nursing Home involves planning fun activities and events that bring joy to residents. The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, and enthusiastic, working to create meaningful moments and interactions within the care home. With responsibilities that include organizing games, crafts, social events, and outings, this position plays a critical role in enhancing residents' lives through joyful and engaging activities. With a salary of £12.72 per hour, the position offers opportunities for training and development, including funding to pursue career development up to QCF Level 5. Additional benefits include a company pension, on-demand pay, Blue Light discounts, and a refer-a-friend bonus up to £1,000. Work hours are 40 hours per week with an expectation of right-to-work status in the UK for at least 12 months.
