• Conjure up and launch a dazzling array of activities tailored to our residents' interests and abilities.
• Host group shindigs and provide one-on-one fun for our residents.
• Adapt activities for residents with dementia - patience and creativity are key!
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive vibe in our care home.
• Team up with care staff to weave activities into residents' daily lives.
• Keep track of activities and participation - you're organized and on the ball.
• Cheer on and support residents, boosting their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
  
  Experience in a similar role - you've been there, done that, and have the stories to prove it.
• A knack for creating and leading engaging activities for the elderly.
• Experience working with people with dementia - you're patient, adaptable, and a creative problem-solver.
• Stellar communication and people skills.
• Organizational wizardry and superb time management.
