How will I be supporting the work of the Trust?
As part of a team of Activities Coordinators you will deliver a flexible support and activity service that meets the needs of our customers. The people you will be supporting have a range of support needs associated with learning disability, physical disabilities, communication and behaviours.
What does this involve?
Planning and delivering tailored group sessions
Supporting customers to flourish in our day opportunities environment
Removing barriers to support all participants to take part in sessions
Has experience in supporting people
Has a positive attitude
Is a good communicator, patient, and has a passion for helping people to grow
You will need to be able to drive our minibus
