Full Job Description

As an Activities Coordinator, you will provide companionship, communication, and engagement with residents. You will create activities by designing engaging plans both internally and with external resources. Event planning involves organizing functions like summer BBQs or Christmas parties for the residents. Interaction with residents to understand their preferences for activities and bringing them to fruition is a core part of the role. External communications may involve arranging visits from entertainers or organizing trips to businesses. You will offer mobility support by helping clients live independently through activities like Zumba or ballroom dancing. The role also includes planning social activities such as outings, social gatherings, and versatile activities accommodating all abilities.
