Full Job Description
We provide ongoing support and adjustments for those working with us that have a disability or long-term health condition and can help you obtain Access to Work funding to support you to do your job. You can ask us about reasonable adjustments youll need throughout the application and interview process too.
How will I be supporting the work of the Trust?
As part of a team of Activities Coordinators you will deliver a flexible support and activity service that meets the needs of our customers. The people you will be supporting have a range of support needs associated with learning disability, physical disabilities, communication and behaviours.
What does this involve?
· Planning and delivering tailored group sessions
· Supporting customers to flourish in our day opportunities environment
· Removing barriers to support all participants to take part in sessions
· Has experience in supporting people
· Has a positive attitude
· Is a good communicator, patient, and has a passion for helping people to grow
